I want to thank Armed Response 24, Inc. for their quick response to my broken pipe. I walked into my from bedroom and my carpet was saturated with water. I was such a nervous wreck I didn't know where it was coming from.
My neighbor had given me a magnetic card for my refrigerator, which I used to hold up my papers. Well I called the emergency number on it and they instructed me to turn off my water main and a tech was at my house in 20 minutes.
They detected the leak quickly and said a pipe had burst in the walls. Armed Response extracted the water and dried it up, they saved my carpet, dealt with my insurance adjuster, including my deductible.
I'm so thankful that all the work was completed in a timely and professional manner.

I had a fire in the front part f my home and after the firemen left, not only did I have fire damage I also had water damage from the fireman putting out the fire.
I was referred to Armed Response 24, Inc. and am so happy I was. Armed Response 24 Inc. not only came and did the water extraction by they were able to help me get everything repaired and even helped handle everything with my insurance company.
I don't know how I would have been able have done all this by myself, in the short amount of time Armed Response 24, Inc. did. Armed Response 24 even followed up with me after all was said and done, to make sure I was happy with all of the work performed and to see if there was anything I needed.
Everyone I dealt with from Armed Response 24, Inc. were so nice and made me feel at ease. They definitely made a very bad situation into a pleasant one. If you drove by my home today you would never know that I ever had a fire.
