...we immediately go to your home, contact your insurance provider and get you started on the road to complete recovery from your loss. In addition to smoke and char damage there will also most likely be water damage from the effort by the Fire Department to put out the blaze or from weather penetrating the damaged area of your home. Our water extraction service will dry your property to avoid further loss.

- Secure your home or business from vandalism and weather.
- Clean carpet, dry wet items, carpets and draperies to prevent further damage from mold and mildew.
- Remove brass and copper items and clean them (smoke can etch brass or copper in 24 hours).
- Wrap under furniture legs.
- Remove oriental rugs or colored rugs from wet wall-to-wall carpeting.
- Cover dry, clean items with plastic while repairs are in progress.
- Remove soot from household textiles.(Do not attempt this yourself, you may cause further damage if not done properly.)
- Smoke odor removal from textiles, clothing, upholstered furniture, carpets and draperies. (Again, don't attempt this on your own.)
- Smoke removal or encapsulation in heating and air conditioning ducts.
